Effective from 15 July 2024: Must activate travel insurance in the Travel B2B platform 30 days before departure date to entitle complimentary travel insurance. Please refer memo for detail.

We regret to inform you that the insurance system will not be accessible from 30th to 31st December 2025. Please ensure all insurance submissions are submitted ahead of schedule to prevent end-customers from travelling without overseas travel insurance coverage.
